Order Cancellations:
Our goal is to fulfill orders as soon as possible once placed. For this reason, cancellations may be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us at support@hellcatbbqllc.com. After this time, cancellations cannot be processed.
Shipping Details:
At this time, we are only able to ship orders within the US (except Hawaii).
Hellcat BBQ LLC smokes meats and then ships your order Monday through Thursday to your front door (or per Hellcat BBQ LLC agreed upon specific requests). We have various options for shipping as noted below.
Shipping Options: We ship our products using UPS or FedEx, depending on the customer's location and shipping option selected at checkout. We will cook and/or prepare your order depending on the shipping method you choose and when the order could be safely shipped out. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs incurred.
Packaging:
We package all of our products to ensure they are refrigerator cold upon arrival. Typical packaging is a cardboard box, insulated on the inside with a padded thermal blanket, with ice packs and dry ice packed around your product. The amount of dry ice will change based on the type of shipping method you choose at checkout.
Our meats are slow-smoked in Delaware using traditional smoking techniques while using reduced salt and sugar to promote a healthier lifestyle. Once smoked to perfection, our products are placed in vacuum sealed packages to preserve the freshness and flavor. The vacuum package should remain in place when reheating.
Please be sure to thaw your vacuum sealed meat package in the refrigerator when you are ready to have a good meal.
Returns:
We cannot accept returns as our products are perishable. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us right away at support@hellcatbbqllc.com.
All meat purchases will include detailed reheating instructions as part of your order. We typically suggest that you reheat your meats in a microwave, stovetop, grill, oven, or slow cooker (crock pot) which will maintain a fresh smoke taste.
No. Hellcat BBQ LLC prides itself in maintaining or pursuing a healthier lifestyle. Our products do not include added preservatives, MSG, yeast extracts, or artificial sugar substitutes.
Missing Packages:
Please ensure that you check your address for accuracy prior to submitting your order. You should include details such as apartment, lot, or unit number. Hellcat BBQ LLC cannot be held responsible to an address that has been entered incorrectly when placing an order. Hellcat BBQ LLC cannot be held responsible for orders that have not been received if a carrier has sent us confirmation of delivery. Please be sure to contact the carrier using the tracking information provided to assist you further.
Theft of Packages
Hellcat BBQ LLC will be unable to offer any sort of store credit, reprocessed order, or refund for stolen packages if a carrier has provided proof of delivery. We encourage you to make every effort to ensure that your package will be delivered in a safe location.
Refunds:
All sales are final. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us right away at support@hellcatbbqllc.com. We will do our best to make things right. If your order is damaged, please take pictures and send them to support@hellcatbbqllc.com. We reserve the right to refuse pictures if deemed to be not authentic. If there are issues with your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to fix your order or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Processing Times: Our goal is to ship our order as quickly as possible depending on the shipping selected at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to holidays, natural storms, disasters, or any unforeseen reasons that we are unable to control. Please be sure to contact us at support@hellcatbbqllc.com if you have any issues or concerns with shipping timelines. Typically, orders are prepared 24-72 hours after placing your order. You should allow a minimum of 1-3 days to receive your order once shipped. Tracking information is provided for every order for reference.
